The Storydancer Project inspires positive change in the face of adversity through transformative movement, performance and self-care practices that restore vitality and cultivate joy.
RESILIENCY & EMPATHY IN ACTION
THE WORK OF THE STORYDANCER PROJECT ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO RETURN TO THE BODY AS A COMMON DENOMINATOR, AND FIND A HEART-TO-HEART, HUMAN-TO-HUMAN CONNECTION ACROSS SOCIAL AND CULTURAL DIVIDES.
The Storydancer Project programs are based on an innovative self-care method created by TSP founder/director, Zuleikha, called TAKE A MINUTE® (TAM), a proven movement method that resets the body into more open, resilient patterns, encouraging wellness, rejuvenation and an enlivened sense of self.
