“The Stream flows happily through nature, until she arrives at an ocean of sand where she must face transformation to cross the great desert…”

The Stream is a transformation story of death and dying, created by Zuleikha, Storydancer and Founder/Director of The Storydancer Project with original music, and English and Hindi versions spoken on video.

THE STORYDANCER PROJECT’S PARTNERSHIP WITH CANSUPPORT
Holistic Interventions in Palliative Care

THE STORYDANCER PROJECT’S PARTNERSHIP WITH CANSUPPORT – Holistic Interventions in Palliative Care. For over 15 years, The Storydancer Project has been working in partnership with CanSupport in the field and giving trainings and sessions for their Home Care Teams, doctors, nurses, counselors, staff, daycare patients, children and parents. Zuleikha created the innovative model of Relaxation Therapeutic Health Exercises for Palliative Cancer Care Patients & Families (RTHEP©) —relaxation therapies for relieving stress. RTHEP has become an indispensable part of the Home Care Teams’ tool-kit. Zuleikha’s transformative self-care exercise program, TAKE A MINUTE®, is being used by nursing students at CanSupport’s Foundation Courses and in over 40 nursing colleges in India. Under Covid, TSP curriculum and trainings are now given online. Today, thousands of palliative care patients and caregivers are using her uplifting modalities in their lives. thestorydancerproject.org and cansupport.org
